Irrigation System Inspection
The $120.00 Irrigation “service call” Inspection, is our way of providing you with our best chance of getting your system back to its 100% functionality (or better than original). We inspect your Controller/Timer, your valves functionality and watering coverage.
There are a multitude of issues that could be affecting your system. We will provide you with our recommendations. You as My Customer will have the final say as to what you want, when you want. We can take care of the major issues at first, and at a later date, take care of the other issues.
Annual Maintenance
Our Annual Maintenance package starts @ $85.00 per month, for systems that have 5 Zones or less. Each additional Zone serviced is $15.00 each. All visits will get a full Irrigation System Inspection.
A monthly irrigation inspection really is not necessary unless the property is in a High Trafficked area. Commercial properties with multiple employees, road side sidewalks and other properties that need high maintenance are what usually have a monthly inspection.
I understand that some home owners and property managers would like knowing their irrigation system is in complete working order, without any need to call for a service call. For more information please contact William.

Pool and Patio Revamps
Pools and Patios could damage existing irrigation systems. The yard is now different and you will need a customized Revamp of the irrigation. Renovations to an irrigation system, for whatever reasons, will make sure your lawn will get the coverage needed to keep your grass and landscape beautiful.
Add-ons and Customizations
Adding zones to an existing irrigation system is necessary when your current system is maxed out on water volume availability, and you have more landscaping that needs water.
Some of our existing customers have very large properties. When originally built, they only needed sprinklers near their homes. Now they are adding fruit trees, and other beautiful landscaping throughout their property.
What are your ideas? Lets get together and plan your butterfly garden. Micro sprays are our favorite.
Micro and Drip Irrigation
Micro irrigation nozzles make a mist instead of larger water droplets. Each head covers a smaller area. Typically used in flower beds, with many plants. Bubbler nozzles control the flow of water at each plants base, similar to Drip tubing. These are typically hidden under mulch and rock.
A single Rotor can use approximately three gallons of water per minute! Micro and Drip systems use gallons by the hour.
Controller / Timer Installs
Let us inspect your system to determine the reason it is malfunctioning. If the controller is the issue, we can replace or fix your current controller. If its not broke, don’t fix it, unless you just want an upgrade.
We, also install Controllers you have personally purchased on your own.
If you need or want a new Controller, make sure it meets the minimum requirements for your system. This is usually determined by the number of Zones (individual areas of irrigation controlled by each valve) you have. A 4 Station controller isn’t designed to run a 6 Zone system.
Wi-Fi controllers only work with a Wi-Fi signal. We can relocate your controller to a more suitable area to get a signal.
Locate Wire
Diagnosing if there is a cut wire is just one of the aspects of our Irrigation System Inspection. If we can locate the damage, we can splice the wires together and get your system up and running again. Worst case scenario is we run new wire from your Controller to your valves.
Locate Underground Valves
Do you know where they are? Is your new turf, shed, or patio expansion going to cover them up?
We usually have to locate valves because one or more of them are malfunctioning in some way. Other times during renovations to your yard, knowing where the irrigation valves are might save some heartache in the future. We have more than one customer who has a shed, beautiful pavers or artificial turf located on top of their valves.
Moving valves out of the way, is not out of question.
Valve Rebuild and Replacements
Its just plastic, rubber and a little bit of metal. Your valves do wear out on their own over time. If its not due to use, maybe they have been damaged by vehicles running them over. Reclaim water, hard water, builds up gunk inside of the valves and can clog the valve and keep it from allowing water flow. Sometimes the valves cant shut off.
We will rebuild the ones that can be fixed. Replace the ones that can not.
Raise, Replace, Fix Sprinkler heads
Grasses grow, earth builds up, and now the sprinklers are not popping up above the ground. Dry spots in your yard are one of the signs that you may have a broken sprinkler head, or it is now to low and needs to be raised.
A single broke sprinkler head can waste more than 10 gallons of water per minute.
Fix Broken Pipes
Finding the issue and saving you time is what we do. Our job isn’t to just fix a broken pipe or sprinkler. My job is to allow you to have your time and energy spent on something other than digging around in the yard and running back and forth to the hardware store.
A lot of our customers DIY their irrigation work. We are available to help when you can’t or don’t want to.
